So let’s know what are the best real estate TV shows, and why you must watch this real estate TV show if you are in this business.

1. Flip or Flop (2011)

After the 2008 market crash, Tarek El Moussa and his wife Christina El Moussa started to flip properties in their neighborhood in California. Their work was to find a great investment property, renovate it, and sell it for a profitable price.

For example, they bought a house for about $1 million. After renovation, they sold that for about $1.26 million with a net profit of $100,000 (after the repairing cost).

In 2011, they told a friend to document the whole process. Whatever they were doing out there, everything from finding the house, renovation, paperwork, and convincing a client and lastly to sell it at a profitable price. They were recording all that.

They made some small clips of that documentary and sent them to HGTV (a TV show company in the USA). After a few days, HGTV approved that show to continue and named it “Flip or Flop”.
